Google Pixel 3 smartphones, the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be launching on October 9, which is just a week away. Google has now teased the Active Edge technology on Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL with a video that’s focussed on the act of touching, squeezing and hugging the sides of the smartphone in order to get quick access to Google Assistant.
The video hints on Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL launch in Japanese markets. The tech giant has unveiled a landing page for Japanese customers interested in getting the new Pixel 3/3 XL. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t give you glimpses of the phones themselves, but emphasizes on the colors that can be interpreted as tips to the Pixel 3/3 XL’s color options including Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and White, though it is a speculation.
Several leaked renders have already hinted about both the new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL that will arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, AMOLED screens (the XL with a notch), wireless charging and, the OS Android 9 Pie. On the optics front, both smartphones will feature a 12MP main camera (single), and dual front cameras. That said, there’s plenty more to know about the smartphones and stay with us for the October 9th launch event.
